GAINT TURTLE CHRISTMAS CARD

 Hello everyone. It's first friday of the month. It means new challenge at Patties creations challenge blog.

Here is my card-

 


Theme is anything goes with digital stamp or stamp. This month is so special for the challenge blog. Yes, it is 200th challenge blog post at Patties creations challenge blog. So this time 2 winners who uses Patties digis and 2 winners from any stamp using craft projects. Total of 4 winners. Each winner will get 3 images of their choice from Pattie's Creations Etsy Store.

Now, back to the challenge. Here i have used turtle digital stamp from her etsy store which you will be able to see by clicking here.

I have resized the image and printed it on white card stock. 

Next, i have coloured it using professional grade watercolour confection set. 

I have used Santa hat and shawl from my stash and coloured the same with watercolour.

Then i have glued it to the turtle.

Later i have created the shades of blue here there with dark and light. To create bubble i have used lighter blue and stamped christmas greetings inside the bubble.

At last, i have glued it to the a2 card base.

    Love the addition of the hat and scarf Asha, fabulous way to make the image work for Christmas. You did a wonderful job with the watercolours, I love the blue green of the turtle's shell.

FANCY FIVE

Hello everyone... Happy friday. It is the month of june. In some areas, it's still summer. Though little bit rain started, i experience sunny days in these days. It makes me to think of summer vacations i spent and what we eat usually in summer days.  Oh yes.. summer days are craving for cooling items. It inspired me to create this card.  This card is for color dare challenge . The challenge starts now and runs for two weeks. This week challenge is color dare challenge 499 . And the theme is fancy five. Here you can choose atleast 3 colours form the the image. i have used all colours on the background strips and black&white.  Method to prepare the card:  I have taken white cardstock. Then precisely cut into 7*8.5 inches.  Next i scored in the middle on 7 inches side. It created the slimline card base. Then i took photoplay paper in summer theme.
